Happy Throwback Thursday. I saw @bexlife post about the scale and thought about how I used to obsess with being “110 lbs.” I’ll never forget the day I looked in the mirror and saw how sick I looked. On the far left I was done with eating crap and feeling like shit all the time because I hated how my body looked. I became a cardio queen and dropped down to 109lbs. I read up on weightlifting and nutrition and made my own plans. I even spent a few months doing bikini prep last year—I was so lean but extremely unhappy and a bitch 24/7. After cutting all the extra supplements it took a while to get my body back to normal. Now I just eat and train without obsessing over macros. I know what to do when I get “fluffy” and how to bounce back to my happy medium. Anyway, enough rambling! I’m in a better place, happier, energy to lift and coffee is my preโ˜•๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜œ #tbt #iwasskeletor #nowihaveabutt #throwbackthursday #cellafit
